Will the school bag I order for my child have their school's logo printed on the bag?
No. Your bag will be plain. You can choose your school's uniform colour to match to your bag, but the school crest will not appear on the item as bulk orders apply for printing logos. As printing is FREE, we are always happy to talk to your school if you would like your school to consider this option. Our minimum orders for printing FREE school logo's start from just 25 bags!
Who are Harley's Angels?
The 'Harley's Angels' are my inspiring and dedicated team at Harlequin International. More importantly they are the amazing souls who help me create, design, produce, print, pack and despatch all of my Harlequin products for your children wherever you may be in the world.
My Angels' mission is to make it as easy and fun as possible for you to order our bags, so that your children have the best quality school bags that money can buy and their backs grow up healthy and strong!

FAQs from Schools Ordering
Does my school pay the retail price as listed on your web site?
NO. As your school will be purchasing bulk orders from Harlequin you can buy cheaper at our TRADE PRICES. Retail prices are for single orders. Our minimums start from only 10 bags for unprinted or 25 bags for printed! Please email one of my Harley's Angels at: harleysangels@schoolbags.com.au to get your trade price list sent to your school.
Do you charge our school for printing a logo onto our Harlequin bags?
NO. All 1 colour logo printing on ALL of our *bags and pencil cases is FREE!

Do you supply small schools?
YES we do. We supply schools with as few as 6 students! Ask us how we can help you with small quantities if you are a small school.
Can I see samples of your bags?
YES. No problem. To borrow a sample(s) just email or fax us on a school letterhead or purchase order, telling us your bag choice and uniform colour and we will post it out to you for your perusal. When you are finished looking at our samples, simply post them back to us and we will credit your account.
Do I use a Harlequin order form or a school order form when placing my orders?
You can use whichever form you prefer.
How many colours can I print onto a Harlequin bag?
You can print as many colours as you like onto our bags. Multi colour logo’s can be costed on site of your design.
What is the screen charge and do we get charged for it?
The 'screen' is the piece of printing machinery we use to print and store your design on for all your future orders. The charge is a one-off cost of just $40+gst on your first order only.
How do I send my new school logo to you?
It's simple. Just email us your school logo in a 1 colour (black on white) in an EPS format to: artwork@harlequininternational.com.au To help us track your artwork and order easily, remember to always write your FULL SCHOOL NAME in the subject bar of your email!
What type of quality should our school logo be when emailing to you?
To avoid artwork charges please send us a "camera ready" logo. The logo should be a perfect quality, sharp image in a one colour, black on white (no grey areas) design with no jagged edges. For logos that we need to re-draw a small fee of $45+gst will be charged.
Can I order just one bag printed with a school logo?
No. As we are a wholesaler, we have minimum quantities required for printing bulk orders. Our minimums start from just 25 bags!
How long does an order take to process?
Unprinted orders take approximately 10 days and printed orders 4/6 weeks to despatch depending on time of year.
Do we have to pay the full cost of freight/postage for our orders?
NO. We heavily subsidise your freight cost and charge a fee of only $12.95+gst per carton throughout Australia to schools regardless of whether you live out in 'woop woop' or across the Tasman!
Can I mix my bag colours within my order?
YES. You can mix any colour in multiples of 5s
Can I mix print colours within my order?
YES. You can have any print colour with a minimum print run of 50 units per print colour.

Can my school make a profit and fundraise from buying your Harlequin products?
YES. That's the whole idea. We purposely sell our products to your school at wholesale prices so that your school can afford to put a profit on top and still be very cheap for Mums and Dads to buy direct from your school.
How does my school know what to charge parents for our Harlequin items?
We can advise you of all the prices that you should be charging your Mums and Dads, just call one of my Harley's Angels on 02 9566 1144
I'm a new parent running my school uniform shop. I don't know what to do. Can you help me?
YES we can. We aim to make your life as easy as possible when placing orders. Just call one of my Harley's Angels on 02 9566 1144 and we will walk you through everything you need to know.
Do I pay for goods up front?
NO. Your school will receive your invoice upon receipt of your goods and is payable within 7 days.
What time of year can I place orders?
Anytime of year! We recommend you place INDENT orders as early as possible to guarantee your stock deliveries. It's one less thing you have to worry about, as you get closer to Orientation time.
What is an indent order?
Very simple - It's just pre-ordering your stock in advance, which guarantees you will receive your order ready for Orientation day or start of the new school year. Example; you can place an order for your stock in June and nominate your delivery date as 15 November or even February. By doing this Harlequin holds your stock ready for when you need it and better still you do not need to pay for goods until you receive them either!
