just a quick feedback email. I received my second ergo tuff school bag last week in the mail and it's fabulous! My second son Patrick starts school with it next year and he has already taken it to bed with him. I purchased my first Harlequin school bag when my eldest son had started school in 2009.He is still using his and will be doing for some time to come. it is proved to be exceptionally durable and of excellent quality.
I was particularly pleased to see that the feedback I had left after my first purchase had been acted upon - namely that the zippers often stuck on the overlying fabric but this glitch has been cleverly rectified. Thanks again for an excellent product. I have recommended it to my school community and will be purchasing my daughter Elise's school bag in a couple of years time! Thanks again.

I am so impressed with the Primary Ergo Tuff-Packs Backpack. Great size for children of all size, heaps of pockets. Extremely well made. I will only ever buy Harlequin school bags.

Perfect Bag for children - suitable for day-care, kindy and prep. Excellent size that fits all the stuff we need for little children. Great compartments and areas for items. I am extremely pleased with this bag. Definately worth telling my friends about! I will be ordering more items soon, like the library bags and sports bag. I can tell it's going to last my little one throughout child-care, kindy and prep. I'm sure she'll be growing out of it before it wears out. The zips are so sturdy and easy to use, very well thought out, and user friendly. I love it! Thank you Harlequin Bags!

Hi Harlequin,
The Web site looks great! I thought you would be very pleased to know that our son Christopher is off to High School next year. We bought his "Ergo" bag over 5 years ago and it's still in good enough shape to pass on to this brother Anthony who will be in year 3 next year - testament enough for fantastic quality!!
