My 7 year old daughter Laney used her new bag today loves is SO much that she wanted me to send you a photo & the following feedback:
"My bag is so soft, I love it. It has two cup holders & fits my drink bottle in a cup holder. This bag actually fits my homework folder in it! The extra strap around my waist feels very comfortable & stops the bag falling off. It has really big zips that are easy to unzip & zip up. I love the mini zip on the top so I can put my library bag in. It is my favourite colour. The turtle (decal) is so cute & has my name AND surname on it. I like that is has a part in it to keep the bottom of the bag flat. My new bag sits in the place I like it to sit on my back. It is not heavy & has HEAPS of pockets!"

This is our second year using the Harlequin Mighty Tuff Pack. At first last year, it seemed plain in a sea of Preppies' character-covered bags. Then, as the year went on, these children went through their second, (some a third!) backpack in Prep. By the end of Term 4, other parents were asking where our schoolbag was from!
Happily I directed them to Harlequin. With the occasional wipe down using a wet microfibre cloth, this bag still looks brand new. It is excellent quality, and easy for kids of all abilities and ages to use.
I will be buying a sports and swim bag soon, because I believe these bags really will last my son a School Lifetime!

Our child started Prep in 2017 and has one of these school bags. The quality and strength of this bag is beyond outstanding, as is the huge amount of usable space inside! We love this bag so much that today I'm ordering another one for our other child who will start Prep in 2018. Cannot recommend the Mighty Tuff-Pack highly enough. When our child's bag is sitting beside countless others on the bag racks at school, the difference is phenomenal. It's always true that you get what you pay for - but this bag definitely looks like it will withstand at least a few years of rough and tumble. Just love them! :-)

I just had to send you an email to say how impressed I have been with your service and I don't impress easily.
I ordered a bag on a Wednesday morning before I ran out the door to work.
You have questions about the art work my daughter had chosen and I never
got back to you until after 3 pm that day. Then on Friday morning I got an email to say the bag was at the post office to collect. Thursday was a public holiday, I seriously was not expecting this until next week. You guys are amazing. I have one super happy 6yr old little girl who as spent the day

Love it. My 8 year old has been using this school bag for the last 2 years and there is nothing wrong with it. Looks great, is comfortable, spacious and the personalised image still looks like new. I've just ordered one for my 6 year old as well. Highly recommended.
