Great quality and hard wearing. I bought this backpack for my son. He also used it at Prep this year. The bag is still in really good condition after 2 years use. A few minutes ago I ordered a primary-sized backpack since he has outgrown the kindy size one.

Ordered this bag with personalisation on 14th Jan, received it on 20th Jan (via standard shipping)!!! Thank you to the lovely lady in customer service who advised me of the availability of the colour of the bag I was intending to purchase, and of the estimated dispatch date. As for the quality of the product - I couldn't put it better than what my son (who is starting kinder this year) said when he opened the package and tried it on - "It's perfect, mummy!"
