- STANDARD SHIPPING: Australia Post eParcel Service - Safe Drop at a flat rate of only $8.95 for 2 - 6 business day delivery from despatch of ready goods. Country regions will vary and could take up to 10 business days for delivery. Price includes handling*. Australia Post's new service "SAFE DROP" means that they will always attempt to leave the parcel at a nominated safe spot at the address even if a signature is not collected (you may enter instructions relevant to your address in the comments box during the checkout). All orders that select "Standard Shipping" are defaulted to "safe drop" delivery. Once your parcel is collected by Australia Post at our warehouse you will receive a tracking ID via the email entered during the checkout process here at schoolbags.com.au—please ensure you enter a valid email address that you have frequent access to when checking out. You can use the email that Australia Post will send you to change your delivery method to "signature only", to add instructions for the delivery or to track the progress of your delivery—all changes made from the date your order is despatched are a conversation between you (the customer) and Australia Post that is not mediated by Harlequin School Bags in any way. Please note that we do not ship to hotels or temporary addresses.
- Australia Post Express Service at a flat rate of only $19.95 for 1 - 2 business day delivery from despatch of ready goods. Country regions may vary. Australia Post guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post Metro Network which covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links provided by Australia Post. Please note that we do not ship to hotels or temporary addresses.
- International Shipping - If you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you via International Courier. In some occasions, when ordering promotional items, when your order exceeds 1 Kg or when shipping to certain countries we may need to notifiy you of additional freight costs to be charged to your account due to excess weight beyond our shipping agent's limit for our flat international shipping fee. It is also your (the customer's) responsibility to pay any import duty and sales taxes within your own country. Please note that delivery timeframes vary from one country to another and can possibly take up to 3–6 weeks and that we do not ship to hotels or temporary addresses.
Despatch time for 'personalised' products
As our Harley's Angels lovingly make all your items to order, personalised and/or named items require between 3 - 10 days production time from placement of your order and therefore will be despatched upon completion from Bag HQ in Sydney. Sometimes we are as fast as lightening and your personalised orders will be sent out on the very same day you order. Despatch time for 'non-personalised' products
For Harlequin's array of non-personalised, stocked items and school bags, Harley's Angels will pick 'n' pack all your chosen goodies and despatch them within 3 - 5 days.
Out of stock items
We update our site's product availability continually. However, in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within 2 business days that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
*Please note: FREE SHIPPING offers only apply to Australia e-Parcel Standard Shipping Rates. For the rare 'pick-up' order, if previously authorised, our postage and handling charge still applies.
