DELIVERY CHOICES

We offer 4 convenient methods of delivery from our headquarters in Sydney, postcode 2036.

  • Australia Post eParcel Service - Safe Drop at a flat rate of only $6.95 for 2 - 6 business day delivery from despatch of ready goods. Country regions will vary and could take up to a week for delivery. Price includes handling*.  Australia Post's new service 'SAFE DROP" means that they will always attempt to college a signature and card the article to your nearest Post Office if not one is present at the nom,inated delivery address, unless the receiver respondes to the invitation to request 'Safe Drop'.

  • Australia Post Express Service at a flat rate of only $19.95 for 1 - 2 business day delivery from despatch of ready goods. Country regions may vary. Guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post Network. The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links.   • International Shipping - If you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you for via International Courier.  If your order exceeds 1 x item we will notifiy you of any additional freight costs to be charged to your account.  It is your (the customers) responsibility to pay any import duty and sales taxes within your own country.  Please note that delivery varies from country to country and can possibly take up to 3 - 6 weeks. 

Despatch time for 'personalised' products

As our Harley's Angels lovingly make all your items to order, personalised and/or named items require between 3 - 10 days production time from placement of your order and therefore will be despatched upon completion from Bag HQ in Sydney. Sometimes we are as fast as lightening and your personalised orders will be sent out on the very same day you order. Despatch time for 'non-personalised' products

For Harlequin's array of non-personalised, stocked items and school bags, Harley's Angels will pick 'n' pack all your chosen goodies and despatch them within 3 - 5 days.

Out of stock items

We update our site's product availability continually.  However, in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within 2 business days that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.

*Please note: FREE SHIPPING offers only apply to Australia e-Parcel Standard Shipping Rates. For the rare 'pick-up' order for Sydney locals, our postage and handling charge still applies.
